Brenda is a Holistic & Wellness Practitioner who is passionate about the Sacred Arts and offers her services to help others access a variety of natural wellness & healing solutions to explore and release their emotional/energetic blockages.
To undecorate oneself is to be as natural as the day you were born...so here’s my story...
Brenda has been freelancing as an Artist/Art Model and Art Activist since her early childhood years and this passion increased through her teens and early adult life.
She has always had a vision to bring Art into forms of healing. It was what saved her and validated Brenda's diverse Eurasian Indigenous Heritage. (Her Mother tongue of many languages.)
Having been raised by a strong line of natural healers in her family lineage, Brenda felt the shift to follow her heart into learning and applying rigorous training and studying into natural healing modalities; from therapeutic oils, plant allies, crystal healing, metaphysics and finally holistic art therapy.
This burning vision at a young age, lead Brenda to create a tribute of all that embodies her life, her trials, her ancestors, her family, her best friend, her close friends, her teachers and healers…This bloomed into Mi Vida Como Flores.

Art is the most powerful medium that can transcend and transform.
Honouring the Sacred Arts through art interpretations of symbolisms, colour, guidance and revelations through the use of holistic art therapy and tarot.
Applying principles of -
*Holistic Art Therapy, Colour Therapy, Symbolism, The Mind, Body and Soul Connection, Tarot, Self- Healing and Self Expression through the power of Art.
Then followed by holistic energy clearing and bodywork healing based on your own sacred artwork that Brenda uses for a guide to unlock your souls deepest need for healing.
This session will leave you feeling totally transformed and in harmonic alignment - mind, body & soul.
